"1Don’t let that ku klux klan member Rob work on your car on top of that I wouldn’t want Mavis practicing how to change tires on my car because they can’t find anybody with no real experience what kind of tire shop got wheels falling off peoples cars and they do oil changes with new filter but no oil in your car don’t even get your windshield whippers replaced they crackin folks windshields now go to discount tire across the street"

"I made a 1 o’clock appointment and at 245 my car still hadn’t been touched. So I politely asked for the keys back to leave. The receptionist (an absolute sweetheart) apologized and proceeds to give me the keys. For what ever reason, one of the mechanics comes out and proceeds to tell me how he doesn’t rush on anyone’s car, my car was next and customers are always fussing at them and giving bad reviews. One I never fussed nor had an attitude I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to spend 4hours at Mavis, if you need more time on cars than space your appointments out farther apart and lastly you get bad reviews because of bad service.I can definitely understand not being finished in an hour and 45 minutes but not being touched after making an appointment?? That I don’t understand"

"1st time around, Brook and Angela were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Robert was great. He walked me through all the issues with my car and was very reassuring that my car problems were not too big or too small and that I would be taken care of. Fast forward to 2nd time after an encounter with a very fat raccoon...the look on Robert's face when I picked up my car...priceless! He suggested I avoid raccoons! The level of service once again was exceptional and price tag on repairs both times was more than fair. Never once did I feel taken advantage of and I very much appreciated the education I recieved about my car problems. Thanks for everything! Nancy"

"Came in for an alternator replacement with my part ready 8am this morning. Explained my situation to Angela and Dom/Domenick and they took amazing care of my car. Dom did not hesitate to help me and that won’t be forgotten. He serviced my car well. Angela delivered great customer service. Thank y’all so much."
