"True Showmanship of HONESTY in a world where that is hard to find! My starter went out and I had my car towed here after being recommended. My starter was bad- I made the comment that I just paid StepOne Jeep almost a thousand dollars a year prior. I was immediately told to come get my Jeep and take it back to StepOne because starters are warranted for life (and labor for a period of time).
