"Painful process...I had to keep sending the patient agreement form, uploaded the prescription from my doctor, yet they never informed me they had to still contact my doctor, paid extra to expedite my order, which didn't happen, email correspondence was terrible. One star for the customer service person I dealt with who issued me a refund."
