"I was assigned this pharmacy after staying in Queens Hospital (it is directly across the street from the hospital), and I have never changed. I live in Forest Hills, and I have to take a subway & bus to this pharmacy.... but it is well worth it. It is a smaller pharmacy, so waiting is never a problem. And the young folk working there are very kind and efficent. It is perfect for me needs. ***** 5 STARS"
"My own insurance company called to resolve an issue with them, they rudely became short with the company and told me to switch pharmacies or pay out of pocket. Even though they were in error. Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional place. Every time you come there there isnt anyone in the front and people waiting to be helped. They dont even mask and hang out in back. Honestly, as a healthcare professional myself. Im shocked at the level of resolution and unprofessionalism"
