"Recently just had a medication of mine refilled and sent to this location because it was a little closer to my home. Let me tell you that after COUNTLESS transfers because my account could not be found when I had previously used them for another medication, only one representative was able to help me, which was the original one I spoke with. The second person I was transferred to prior, was very rude on the phone and hung up on me after I was asking questions in regards to my medication that I needed. Simply because I WAS NOT SURE since I do not take medication normally and don’t understand how it works with refills etc. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Asking questions should not be a sin and if you do not like your job, work somewhere else! It’s simple as that. Customer Service says a lot about YOU as a person. The calls are monitored and they ask for reviews once you speak with a representative, but I didn’t have the chance to complain due to her hanging up. I did call back and complained to the representative that did go out of her way to help me out. The world needs kinder people."

"Bought several gift cards from this store, only the playstation cards work. All of the vanilla visa cards do not work and will make for horrible, horrible headaches of stocking stuffers. They have customer service numbers that dont pick up when you call and walgreens pretty much said no refunds. Buyer beware"

"I used this Pharmacy who messed up my medication. I complained and they didn't care. The manager a young girl could do nothing but be professionally unhelpful....Thus my low star rating I do not recommend this pharmacy. I use the comfortable local pharmacy with polite helpful caring staff."

"This is a pretty good Walgreens, I have been coming to this place here and there for some years now.i never used the pharmacy here. But the store it self has some good sales from cereal to snacks, you get a good discount, especially if you have a Walgreens rewards card. The customer service here is good ,I met a nice cashier by the name of bebe very friendly lady.This location has a nice size parking lot and is only a few blocks from jfk airport. The airtrain is right there on lefferts blvd."
