"Sending a positive review to balance out some negative ones from years ago when the place was apparently under a different manager. Eagle was instrumental in my family finally getting an epipen for my son. The process of getting a generic brand approved by the insurance company was an absolute nightmare, and a woman named Amy was incredibly helpful as we tried to navigate the confusing and frustrating process of health insurance pre-authorized prescriptions. The original brand that the insurance company approved had been discontinued, and that's where the lengthy pre-authorization process started. It was Amy at Eagle who told us that the brand was on indefinite backorder."
