Exhilarate - The Adventure Zone

"There are very few places to take children to play indoors. This is my place of choice because there is plenty of entertainment for the very young to adult. The food is pretty good for the prices and they even have alcoholic beverages. The facility is extremely clean, and there is always staff seen walking around. It's well worth the price to spend an hour or two for some indoor play. There is an online waiver that has to be completed before the purchase of wristbands for all that are there to play and adults. I believe those waivers only need to be completed once every couple of months. You can fill out the waiver before you get there or when you get there using your phone and the QR codes they have posted upon entry. If you do not have a phone, they have laptops available. I would suggest filling out your waivers online, especially on the weekend! It gets really crowded on the weekends due to bday parties. I've also used this place for a bday party, and been here numerous times for bday parties. The only downside about the bday parties is that they only allow for one hour of play time instead of playtime for the full duration of the time reserved for the party room. The kids should be allowed to go in and out of the party room to play for the entire party time. Other than that, they are pretty organized for the most part and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends."

"This place is very fun for kids, so took our little one for his birthday. We didn't book a room because it's mostly grandparents/other adults who weren't jumping. We had called previously to check their rules and didnt bring an outside cake or anything, but my son had to go outside in the freezing cold to open gifts because they wouldn't even let us bring in a handful of wrapped presents ( 3 or 4). Stopped my in-laws at the door to make them turn around and take them back outside. No balloons, nothing extravagant. We had paid for 7 kids, bought pizzas and drinks for everyone at lunch being considerate to make it cost savvy for Exhilarate. We came here in the past frequently, but the experience just put a bad taste in my mouth for the owners. My child didn't know any different or we would have left, but I held my cool throughout. Do not recommend for any birthday though unless you have the traditional 10 or more kids for the exclusive party room and want to waste 1 of your 2 hours in there instead of jumping...even for a small lunch play date for your winter babies who have few options for birthdays."

"Our visit here today was awful. We was rush. Did not have time to eat cake and ice cream. I read on the package we book said 2 hour total party and 1 hour party room. Our party was supposed to start at 2:50 and we was supposed to be there at less 2:30. I call around 2:48 we was a few minutes from the building do to traffic. She said the they would adjust our time. She did. We was there 2:58. Our time was adjust 3-5. We was never appointed a host. We was appointed the room we was in. Our food came in 4:14. Once they bought our food in we was told clean up would be at 4:45. Then it was made a problem with our drink that was left over. She asked did I wanted it. I said yes if there was something I could put it in. If not throw it away. Manger came in after I clear told the lady that was cleaning the room she cold throw it away, and said to me this what you asked her for. I explained I could not carry all the cups she had with in drinks in. Just throw it away.manger got angry and even sent a cop to our room. Really was not called for. I've been there before like 3 time or more and this by far the worst I have ever been treated."

"Our kids had a blast celebrating my son’s birthday today. Our hostess Hannah was friendly and attentive, and the communication with the staff was great. Pizzas were hot, drinks cold, facility was clean. The climb zone was a great add on!!"

"Went there for my granddaughters 7th birthday. We did not have the party there as it was cheaper to just play then go home and have her presents and cake and Open presents. You can't bring in any food or drinks inside this place. The drinks were expensive. Kids had a great time!"
