"I had a very bad experience. In order to buy a used golf club, I asked to test it with a practice ball, and while testing it a few times, the bottom of the golf shaft broke. I thought it could be because it was a used golf club, and when I talked to the owner, he said I should compensate 100% of the full amount. How can I buy it without practicing? Anyway, I compensated the full amount and brought the broken golf club home. Never practice in this shop. If your old used product is weak and breaks it, you will have a bad experience. Too bad..."

"I just bought PXG gen5 driver from this guy name Charlie! Other review said staffs not helpful or not kind but I had great service and got great price. While doing some practice swing Charlie even gave me a some lessons and he was both good at customer service and teaching! I will definitely going back to GOLF TOWN to buy more stuffs and to get some extra lesson from Charlie!! lol recommended to everyone who loves golf! They have most of everything you need to play golf. Kudos to Golf Town!"
"Do not recommend this store if you’re a beginner. The staff give off generally judgmental looks that make you feel uncomfortable as you’re looking around. Asking questions feels like you’re pulling teeth. I’ve been in twice hoping to purchase a club and each time, I felt like they were trying to upsell me something and when that didn’t work, they tried to hand off below average condition clubs to get a sale. They do seem to have fair prices compared to big golf outlets, but save yourself the uncomfortable golf store experience with this one unless you know exactly what you’re looking for and just want to buy something without talking to anyone."
