"We immediately called Tires Plus & they serviced us & within a timely manner. Tires Plus performed inspections & replaced parts that we needed (especially those which required urgent attention). The vehicle is a (2007) Toyota Avalon Limited. I was in desperate need of repairs on my driver's side tire & for the fan in the vehicle, as the air conditioner in the car was completely dysfunctional. For the lugnuts, all were overtightened with two braking off completely at home. We found this out when me & my father went to inspect the front brake pads & rotors, which were still in finely aligned & in working condition (non-worn). Two of the five lugnuts on my broke completely off as we performed our inspection. We talked & found that the issue with the lug nuts were due to a variety of factors including taking the car to be serviced at another location where they over torqued them. A grand total of 20 on four tires, all over torqued, & of which received new lugnuts with the others being discarded entirely. As for my heater, (the fan was the other primary issue & concern at hand). Tires Plus confirmed this by inspection & resolved the matter with the A/C unit by fixing the fan. I needed the heater to work as the weather was frigid (January in Georgia which are the coldest months for the State) & made it difficult in the mornings to de-ice the windshields & warm the vehicle in the early mornings to go to work. I did have a 12 volt defroster/heater in the car, however, I wanted the A/C to be operational & an inspection completed regardless. Tires Plus provided me the ability to drive safely & comfortably in my vehicle. I cannot thank this location enough for assisting me with the service, inspection, & proper maintenance of my vehicle."

"Brought my car there yesterday for an appointment I made for a basic oil change. I was emailed a work order shortly after I dropped it off with an estimate of $120! I was under the impression it would be $30 so I called immediately. After being put on hold three times they finally answered and said they’d take care of it. I thought when they said that meant they’d actually fix it! They did not, they instead gave me a “discount” of $105. I told them when I went to pick it up that I was not happy that they basically swindled me into paying a lot more. I asked how they could charge that much without explaining the price and services. He said he told me in the work estimate, which I called and told them I did NOT agree to that price. Not happy at all."
