"My experience at this location was disappointing and I would have given them 0 stars if available. I went to have my tire checked because my tire was registering low for a few mornings. I was assured that nothing was wrong after their inspection. I inquired if I should purchase a new tire because this was occurring for a few days. I was again told it was because of the cold weather. Needless to say they were WRONG. I took my car to another shop and there was indeed a visible hole in my tire and they could not repair it due to the thread. I would not suggest using this location because they definitely did not try to do their job!"
"Came in for an oil change. The staff was quick and efficient. Ended needing a new battery as well in which they installed with no problem. Thank you so much to the nice guys who worked on my car!"
"The reason I gave it such a low rating is because they didn't have my tire size and never once offered to order it or find another location that did have it. Also, I stood at the counter for 5-10 mins before an employee decided to stop what she was doing and come help."
"This Walmart in Evans Ga stores tire service is the worst. They will not honour the road hazard policy. Always claim they can't find the road hazard that we purchase in the computer. Then we go to another location and they pull up the tire road hazard tire warrantee without any problems. Horrible. I would rate it as a negative 5 if there was an option"
"Took car in for balance and rotate, (purchased lifetime) and received a text saying it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, I was told the work had not been done because my tires were too big...never a text saying they couldn't do the work. I asked for management and was told by management my tires were 3 years old...doesn't matter that I purchased balance and rotate, they just wanted me to purchase new tires. I will NOT purchase tires at Walmart again."
