"My battery in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee had been giving me problems for a few weeks. I went in first this morning and the whole team helped me pick out a new battery and Jay installed it. He didn’t just install it, he showed me the proper way to disconnect the old one and connect the new one - something I hadn’t learned before. That simple gesture means so much to me. "This is the second time I’ve come here for my Son’s Patriot. Both times, the guys were extremely helpful and even went outside to look at the car and took us exactly to the parts we needed. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I will only come here in the future. As a side note, we stopped by the Auto Zone down the street from O’Reilly’s and neither one of the two employees working there asked us if we needed help or even acknowledged us. One employee was cleaning the glass door and didn’t bother to open it or move to make it easier for us to enter. Definitely recommend skipping Auto Zone and going straight to O’Reilly’s. I wish I had noted the names of the gentlemen who helped us. We were there September 26 around 5:00. Thank you so much those that helped us. Maryann Rodriguez Evans, GA"

"I have a Toyota Prius 2018. My starting battery went out. I had went to the Auto Zone near my house, they told me even if they had the battery they wouldn't change it - it was too complicated. I went to Walmart, unfortunately they didn't carry it. They directed me down the road to this place. I got here, they were great. Wesley looked up the right battery, they verified there was no risk in changing my starting battery and went to work. They have a box that plugs into the car to keep it with enough charge that the car doesn't have a fit because of no power. Wesley was done in less than 10 minutes and I'm on my way. Thanks O'Reilly and team and a special thanks to Wesley."
