"I came here today to purchase 2 oz worth of Gold. The sales-women was completely unattentive to us. When we asked her the price per oz she quoted us $2,100 and then told us to that in order to get the actual price she would have to call the owner. She did not offer to call the owner and only at my urging did she bother to do so. The actual price was $2,020 which we agreed to. When we asked her to see the gold, she told us that she will only show it to us if we will buy it. We walked out - I refuse to spend over $4,000 to purchase anything sight unseen. Horrible customer service experience - Stay Away!"
