"I had a wonderful experience today. I came in with quite a few needs and every need was met plus some. I was able to get my tarnished pandora bracelet and charms cleaned, a tiffany bracelet repaired, 2 cuban chains for my daughters’ name plates and a white gold necklace for my diamond pendant. Rachel helped me pick the perfect chains!! Isaac helped my daughters choose beautiful pandora rings. Jess was so sweet and helpful. As we waited, we were treated to cold water and Godiva chocolates. My six year old was so impressed that she asked why was she getting this special treatment. This is the top tier service I expect and deserve. Thank you so much! "Mr.Isaak was able to help me find what I need in a timely fashion. I was still given room to browse the store for more selections. While he treated other customers, I noticed he remembered a previous client as well as, help another client's son by verifying a pickup, supported with a phone call. Mr.Isaak moved elegantly throughout the store at a fast pace helping at least two other clients. Mr.Moses was also there to humor me in showing me some PR9X watch collections. I can fully say I'm thankful for the service providing. There was also Limited-Edition bracelets ornaments available. I recommend visiting this store."
