"I moved to Syracuse last year and I can honestly say the owner of the company was my first friend here. They have picked up almost every day, and I have developed a great relationship with them. I don't ever feel weird or uncomfortable, and I'm sure if I had an emergency and couldn't reach home, Ali would come for me anyway. Whatever these other people that said things negatively probably were angry about going to the Dr. And took it out on them. They get 5 stars."
"Never use this company. One driver used his cellphone while driving and almost hit the center median. Another driver tried to sell me weed, and the owner is an a$$hole. Didn’t even come to pick me up for my physical therapy appointment today. He also doesn’t know how to say he is wrong when he makes a mistake. I also had to ride in the cab with another rider which never should happen. They get 0 stars out of 5!"
"The best taxi service in Syracuse, owner is kind and respectful and communicates well. Many other taxi services in Syracuse have sketchy drivers, not the case with express. I recommend them to anybody looking for a Medicaid cab or regular taxi ride. Safe, reliable, and professional"
"30 min late in unmarked car no taxi signage numbers licensing or even meter in car. And even had another passenger in car. Which is completely illegal. We didnt use on return trip because felt unsafe with this company as driver was on phone the whole time answering and making calls while driving down interstate. Didnt have clipboard for us to sign when dropping us off and then showed up next morning banging on our door and started to harass us to sign the paper that had the wrong times written on it. Very unprofessional. Wow his response to any negative comment is there confused. The only posative reviews on here are from emplotees or family. Goes to show how crooked this place is"
"First off the person picking us up Was a half an hour late then when he did arrive he had another passenger in vehicle which is VIOLATION OF THE HIPPA and during our trip while driving on Route 81 he was constantly on his phone placing calls receiving calls and texting a his and yes i do have pictures proving what I said"
