Billy Beez, Destiny USA

"Avoid this place like the plague. It was insanely filthy everywhere. The entrance/exits are broken, the workers are way to busy talking with people/eachother to even bother paying attention to anything else. Brought our 18 month old and left about 15 minutes after arriving because of trash and filth everywhere. The basketball court and ball pit with carpeted area looks as if it hadn't been vaccumed in a year and was sticky. We took him to the bathroom to change his diaper and even the changing table was covered in grim, food and crumbs. When a worker saw me changing my child in his stroller outside the restrooms she asked if it was occupied and I said no it was fithy and she laughed and walked away. We climed the toddler area and there was blood in spots, throw up and we couldn't even find someone to tell, we decided to leave instead. Which is such a bummer after spending $30 bucks and driving an hour. We use to frequent here with our older children and we definitely will not be back. This place needs to be shut down for a week and cleaned, I feel disgusting after even being in there. When we exited I was gonna ask for a refund but the two works who were suppose to be at the desk were busy talking to other people."

"The staff was nice and welcoming. The facility itself was pretty clean. My 7 year old and my 15 month old had a TON of fun. There was so much to do! Even my husband and I had a good time. I’d highly recommend and we will be back! Also, it seems to be more reasonably priced than other indoor play spaces in town."

"Place is definitely fun for kids! However the staff are the worst. Rude to little kids and not friendly at all. Place closes at 8pm on Saturdays and we came around 6:45pm. The employee acted as she didn’t want us to come in and kept screaming the price and reminding us that the place closes at 8pm. Also the place looks so dirty. Staff that are suppose to be watching for kids safety are on their phones not paying attention to anything. Place is not safe as kids can come in and out because staff is not paying attention to the exit signs."

"Great place although it can be challenging to keep track of more than one child. The frony desk seems fairly vigilant about who is coming in or out so it feels safe. And It is fun to go down the slides with the kids and to see them having so much fun!"

"We attended Billy Beez on our way from Ontario Canada to Boston MA. It was definitely worth the stop. It was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't busy at all. Well maintained. Our kids really enjoyed it. Snack bar was not open sadly, or there wasn't staff able to attend to it. My 4 year old and 15 month old had a blast. Highlight of the whole vacation. Will definitely be back."
