"So, hear me out first. Took a few minutes at an empty bar to get some service, I was outnumbered by staff. The gentleman that took care of me didn’t really seem like he cared at all (maybe he was having a rough day, I get it), but…idk a little more life and a smile goes a long way. Ordered the grilled chicken Hawaiian sandwich, and it took about 20 minutes to get to me; not great but not bad, for a place this size on a Saturday night. Sandwich was fkn awesome, made up for the wait, not gonna lie. Also, I asked for a water with no ice, and never got one. All in all I still have 25% cause you’re supposed to tip your bartenders; but please…try and at least pretending that you want to be there, I’m less likely to go back to a place if the staff sucks the positive energy from me just being acclimate to them."

"Food was overpriced and under portioned, the games are awesome, very little staff which sucks for service. But at the same time at the mall it’s difficult to maintain business due to the trouble makers that come there and ruin it for everyone causing businesses to vanish, because of increase in violence due to the hood trash that come there and ruin the atmosphere with fights, shootings and stabbings here and there occasionally, luckily it’s usually not innocent people and it’s just ghetto trash attacking each other."

"We didn’t eat here but we played the games and it was so much fun!! The set up is nice and there’s a great variety!! Staff was hard to find when we had an issue but they took care of it! So much fun!! The only downside I felt was waiting in line to cash in tickets was super long!!"

"The arcade was great, the kids had a ton of fun. However, the dining left a lot to be desired. They were short staffed on server's but when your server seems annoyed with you right from the start, should have guessed it would be poor service. The waitress was clearly annoyed with the fact that we asked for an actual menu rather than using the QR code. There were 4 of us at the table but she only brought 2 menus. Told us to let her know when we were ready to order but was no where in sight when we were. We got tired of waiting and decided to use the QR code to order, which seemed to frustrate her. My daughter had ordered a drink that stated on the menu that it came with a light up ice cube. However, when the drinks were delived, there was no ice cube. Shortly after the drinks arrived, staff from the kitchen brought out our food. They had forgot part of the order, no big deal as they made sure we got it, but when we asked about the ice cube, they seemed lost. The waitress came over at that point and when we explained to her about the ice cube her response was " Oh, they are probably out." She didn't even seem like it was worth her time to find out and when we pushed simply offered another drink rather than checking on the ice cube. After that she did not bother to stop by our table at all to see how things were, even though she walked past us several times. We waited almost 15 minutes for her to come to our table when we were done eating. I then sought out another waitress to ask to have the manager stop by. The manager never came over and about 10 minutes later she finally asked if we needed anything when I stared her down as she was walking towards another table. Honestly it is they worst service that I have ever experienced at a restaurant. They staff was not friendly, very few staff members were masked correctly, the booth they sat us in was not clean, and the music was so loud I couldn't hear my child right next to me."
