Strawberry Ridge Apartments

"The company that owns this apartments and others. They are the biggest ripoff ever to live at. I would recommend that no one to rent off of. Not very kid friendly or even worth the rent. This company is the worst to rent off."

"I am a tenant currently this review is not against the apartment. I need to know if you have cameras in parking lot of garnet Court because a couple of days ago woke up to 2 flat tires had it towed. What was found in my tire were what looked like 2 drill bits someone vandalized my car intentionally. and a couple nights later some one was lurking in the woods at night shinning a flashlight in my neighbors house then when they shined on mine they saw me and took of running away into the woods. My mom visited also and ended up with a flat tire. If you have cameras I would like to take a look and see if I can see anything the night The tires got punchured"

"The move in process was so smooth and the office staff were great with communication. Never had an issue with responses and the apartment was clean and spacious. Any concerns we had were taken care of. Our dishwasher stopped and, in the same day, they checked it out and decided to replace it. They even put my kitchen back together. Very quiet complex and all my neighbors have been absolutely pleasant and lovely! The grounds are clean, laundry on site right off your building. and I must applaud the snow removal system they have. We have been very happy since moving here in February."

"We have lived at Strawberry Ridge for almost 3 years. The Office/Maintenance is super quick to respond to any calls/requests. Claire is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make updates to the the grounds every year. The landscape/flowers look better and better each year. Every year when it is time to renew our lease we ask for updates.... (painting the front door, add a screen door to the patio, new AC filters, etc.) and they came an made the updates within days. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, the pool is great, snow removal is always quick and there is always ample parking."

"My wife & I needed a place to live during the time we were looking for a house. Strawberry Ridge provided the perfect environment for us. Clair & Joe are the key to this facility being the right fit for us. We have a 4 year old son & having the pool to use during the was awesome! The events @ the clubhouse were a great way to get to know your neighbors. All seasons the grounds were kept pristine, especially the relentless determination by Joe & team to clear the snow during the blizzard we had in March of 2017. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look into living here. Our apartment was clean, spacious & well maintained. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manor. We were very happy living there & even miss it from time to time now that we have a house."
