"Lack professional mannerism; still living here. My tub doesn't drain and they basically told me to figure it out because their buildings were built that way a long time ago. They knew and never said anything until I moved in. Basically, I have to sweep the water every time I am done taking shower for the rest of my lease which ends in September 2024. The ladies (leasing agents) at the front are nice. Administration sucks; entire response to me was passive aggressive. I also heard one of them scream at a guy Infront of everyone because his rent was late."
"Cheryl is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She lacks both professionalism and humanity. In every encounter I had with her, she came across very snarky and condescending. The apartment was okay, and the rest of the staff was very kind, but Cheryl’s attitude drove us away from Heritage Village. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect"
