"We have been residents of Hampton Run II since June 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The property is very well maintained and the staff provide outstanding customer service. Danyelle, the property manager, has been wonderful to work with, as have Patrick and Skyler in the front office. As maintenance issues have cropped up, Scott has been responsive and quickly addressed any needs. The complex is within a convenient walking distance to local shopping, including Target, several grocery stores, and restaurants. Our building is quiet, the apartment is well laid out, the property is kid-friendly with really nice green spaces, and our neighbors have become good friends. Overall, this has been one of the best places we have lived."

"I had a great time living at Hampton Run. The complex felt private but also had a great neighborhood feel. I loved walking my dog around the complex and running down the airport road. There are also many stores that are extremely convenient too! The staff were always great, friendly, and helpful! Even during the COVID regulations, they were easy to get ahold of and were always very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"
