"It's housing, what can you expect...paper thin walls, car getting broke into. Barely any security if any. The security patrol is laughable,But they might come before police officers. Maybe install security camera!? Or a fence around the whole property!? It does not help that there's a homeless shelter around the corner from lena Gantt "estates" and they walk right through the complex. But I guess no one in this office cares about its tenants. I've even had problems paying my father's rent at this office. Magically the money order disappeared and then several months later it appears but there's rent still owed. Shady business going on in that office. There's only a handful of people that are working towards the good of this place. They know who they are."

"Its ok for the elderly and disabled and a good price for rent! Disadvantages are too many inspection and noisy people that know your business before you do because they dont have a life. Also we are still waiting for the cameras that they were supposed to be putting up for people protection . I am just so glad no one held there breath waiting for anything to be done around here. I got my own cameras! Also they need to fire almost everyone in this local office .Everyone except for crystal webb she is the only one that does her job and seem like she takes pride in what she does!"
