"The apartments are wonderful. Wedgepoint is listed as a Non-Smoking building but unfortunately tenants still smoke in their apartments. I love my apartment, I only wish the no smoking on the lease and the federal guidelines could be inforced . It is sad that a few individuals have no respect for themselves or others. All in all for a property that accepts Section 8 it is one of the best. Great location and nice apartments. Maintenance quick to fix any problems but due to poor building materials there are frequent problems."

"Place is going down hill due to management. Management is incompetent and the work ethic is unprofessional. Property management, is rude , unprofessional, never on time, does not leave a note on the door when out of office. Changed hours without notice. Can not make it's mind what hours are available. Property management is a bit threatening, does not allow a person to speak. Pathstone has a bad record of hired property managers that are reliable. Maintenance is not being continual and work is not being done or complete. No security officer. No toilet seat covers. Cannot use counter space at all, can walk floor because it's expensive. There has been vandalism, fires, fires tenants have caused, illegal activity and the people responsible, have not been held accountable. And most of all racism from management. Town and County are very rude, cause a mess after they leave. And cause tenant big convenience with bad accusations . We need professional and accurate management to maintain the upkeep of the property."

"I have lived here for 4 years when it first opened. The place is beautiful and there is a great access to any destination in Rochester. There is now a lot of changes. My opinion is the place is going down hill due to management. At this time, management is incompetent and the work ethic is unprofessional. Maintenance is not being continual and work is not being done or complete. We need professional and accurate management to maintain the upkeep of the property."

"Amazing place to live . Walls are a little thin but you have to keep in kind its an apartment setting. Never experienced issues with management or mantience . I feel like the only way you can have issues is if you break the rules and disagree with the consequences. But if you follow the rules of your lease and show respect to management, neighbors and maintenance you will never have a issue ."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. On-site manager is useless and biased. Tons of shortcuts taken in the construction. Ceilings have no insulation so you literally hear everything. Dryer vents are badly designed and not cleaned by staff, so time and cost are tripled. Almost never quiet since people stand outside yelling and playing car stereos at night and no one supervises their kids outside, just letting them run around screaming (seems windows and walls are not insulated). Maintenance issues get ignored completely if the manager doesn't like you. Usually garbage all over the ground, because people here don't respect where they live, no concern for other residents. Probably a whole list of more I could write, just avoid this place like the plague. Pathstone upper management is way out of touch with this property, only just now investigating after 100+ complaint emails over the 18 months I've wasted here and have to take blood pressure medication to survive the BS."
