"The new management at pennwood apartments has been wonderful. They have been very attentive and responsive to my senior mother's needs. They installed grab bars throughout her shower to minimize her fall risk. They made several improvements to the apartments this year, including new windows throughout, new carpeting and even repainted the hallways. The complex is clean and well taken care of. The staff are easily reachable and helpful. Honestly we have no complaints and feel very fortunate for her to be able to live there."
"Have lived at Pennwood for almost a year now and I’ve got to say.. this is one of the most reasonably priced, attentive staff and just flat out gorgeous community. What’s not to love? The beautiful pool? The great parking and refurbished apartments? Not a bad thing to say about Pennwood or any of their staff! Katie is amazing with tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. The maintenance men always come to your home in a timely manor and fix whatever problem needs fixing. Definitely resigning our lease for another year. Great place for college students, families and honestly any age group."
