Pittsford Manor

"Slumlord with no Cert. of Occupancy doesn’t maintain or improve property. Manager Vanessa is a pathological liar who retaliates against tenants who complain about code violations & lack of maintenance. Owner was sued by city of Rochester. This Pittsford slum had about 68 code violations in both 2020 & ‘21 with many still outstanding. (Google: Peter Hungerford city of rochester.) Renovations were done without permits and are not up to code. No onsite manger or maintenance and tenant safety & security is not a priority. A strange woman was found sleeping in a building and bikes were stolen from garages. They don’t even do the most basic upkeep. Lightbulbs in buildings and security lights are out for 6+ months at a time and over 1/3 of the property is in the dark right now. Snow removal is poor and there’s garbage all over the property. The town of Pittsford allows this to go on despite continuous complaints from tenants for years."

Vanessa, the property manager, has been a great resource as I get used to my new home. The facility is well maintained. The location is ideal. It's within walking distance of the Erie Canal path, the Village of Pittsford, and a mile from Wegmans. I'm glad that I chose to live in this location!"

Our newly renovated apartment is just beautiful (granite surface everywhere, stainless steel appliances, plush carpet in the bedroom, etc) The Manor Comminuty is truly amazing! True parklike setting, peaceful and neighbors who are so friendly and welcoming!!"
