"I lived at PVE for 3 years, throughout my time in graduate school. You cannot beat the location of these apartments - the perfect suburban setting with a beautiful well-kept yard & trees everywhere, and easy access to stores, colleges, & the canal for walking. The complex itself is beautiful & every neighbor is a good one - they’ll always welcome you home with a smile. Throughout my time here, my dog and I have enjoyed the comforts of a cozy & quiet 1 bedroom apartment with more than enough storage space, large windows, and a good sized kitchen. Maintenance is quick on their feet and always willing to help solve any problems, and Jeff & Deneen are AMAZING at answering any and all questions as quickly as you can ask them. I can’t imagine a better place to have spent my last 3 years & will miss my second home immensely. I always felt safe, welcomed, and appreciated here. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking to live in Rochester, but still have the comfort of a small community surrounding them. Thank you for everything, Pittsford Village!"

"I lived at PVE for 4 years and the complex and the staff are amazing. Deneen and Jeff are extremely helpful and make you feel right at home. The apartments are kept up nicely and it is very clean. It also is in a great location, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute radius. Would highly recommend PVE to anyone looking for a new place to live, amazing apartments!"

"I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it! Deneen and Jeff were always there if we needed anything & are just really great people. Everyone was friendly who lived here. The buildings are super close to a bunch of stores & restaurants- perfect location. The apartments themselves are also very good size with a TON of storage. Absolutely loved it here & was sad to leave!"

"I’ve lived here for about 5 months and have had nothing but great experiences so far. Maintenance is always fast when there is an issue. Deneen is great and easy to talk to if I need to know anything. I love the area with two huge plazas right down the road and it still feels spacious and comfortable. Not to mention rent is very cheap compared to other 2 bedrooms of this size and quality. Would definitely recommend"

"I had issues for about 8 months with the upstairs tenant. At one point they even tried to set up 50+ chairs in their small apartment for a wedding or some sort of party no one wanted to happen and the complex put a stop to it immediately. The staff member who would not do anything about it was fired shortly after said 8 month period. Then it was wonderful once they were evicted, maintenance staff was great. Especially Jeff, he really cares about taking care of things. Some of the tenants are very rude and inconsiderate and think you should have to listen to their kids run and slam things for hours or play a full size piano in their apartment like it's their right to disturb you in the few hours you are home. This is not the case. They definitely try to run a nice affordable complex. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, kids should be outside playing not screaming and yelling inside for hours slamming things into walls like they're little despotic oligarchy. I loved this apartment and only moved because I wanted to live in the city."
