Never had not one problem with the staff, always friendly, and takes care of any issues in my apartment quickly, ( not that I had many). The grounds are well taken care of. Its quiet...great location...and most neighbors are friendly. You get more than what you expect for the cost."

"I never write reviews, but this place is wonderful; definitely worth a few minutes of my time. I have lived here just over a year and what I can say is: *The maintenance guy is super friendly and comes whenever you call- night or day. Literally, it's 9 o'clock at night and he showed up. Which is what prompted me to write this. *The landlord has always been very nice. She was kind and understanding when I asked to extend my lease a few more months while I close on my house. *My apartment is huge compared to other apartments I had rented for the same price. *There is always parking and it is always plowed in the winter. *The area is great. It is beautiful in the summer. I really just can't say enough good things!"

"I have been fortunate these past 3 yrs. to call Woodridge Apts., my home. I loved the location of my apartment, it was in a park-like setting. With deer and turkeys, that roamed the grounds. The landscaping was kept nice and neat, no matter the season. The building I lived in was a little community, everyone looked out for each other. When the weather permitted, we were able to enjoy sitting out under the trees in our chairs - or at the picnic table, enjoying the company the view and cooking out. The mainitenance staff were very professional. And, the office management were wonderful and a joy to work with. When LIFE, gave me a "roller coaster of a ride" they were able to work with me. The empathy and the quality of customer service they provided was greatly appreciated. The management at Woodridge Apartments will work with their Residents, as long as you are willing to assist in bringing about a resolution, to the matter in question. I would highly reccommend, and have reccommeded that you too, enjoy having a home at Woodridge Apartments, in Irondequoit."
