"ElderOne staff do try their hardest. I have. Loved one in there! It smells great soon as you walk in. Every apartment is locked. These are the things you will encounter when there are numerous tenants. Not just ElderOne patients. Thank you all for what you do"
"This is supposed to be a senior living facility. I have said for many years that there should be security, but there isn't. People are always just opening the doors to anyone that come to be let in, especially at night. People smoke right in front of the door. They're not supposed to but no one enforces the rule. It smells like a nursing home because there are elderly people there that are handicapped but can't care for themselves. They are supposed to have aid/nurse help from the Elder One staff there, but that doesn't always happen, at least in a timely manner. Elder One is a story for another time. Two things that made me do this review are the garbage that over flows for days until pick up. The dumpster is way too small for the apartment complex. Also the Elder One transport vans. They come to pick up & drop off residents and they block up the parking lot. There is now order to their parking. Other residents that do not use the service can't be picked up in front of the door. These are recently remodeled apartments, they have a very nice office manager, but those other issues don't make the apartments attractive."
"I worked here through Rochester general bed bugs were everywhere biting residents. Someone broke our window late night on overnight would never recommend to anyone"
