Maintenance and management were absolutely awesome as well !! On time at getting any repairs done if needed! Always on call ! Very Friendly team!! Absolutely loved my stay here. "While this has never been a stellar complex, it was acceptable for the 10 years I've lived here. It's very quiet with modest rent and that makes up for a lot. However, it has recently been acquired by DeGeorge Properties, and it has not been a great transition. Their first communication with residents was that they wouldn't raise the rent without letting us know. Great sign. Lately, they have replaced our garbage totes with dumpsters, which, while initially seeming to be a good idea, has not been executed well. These are garden-style apartments, with four units grouped in individual buildings. Before, each building had 1 trash tote and 1 recycling tote (which, by the way, looked exactly the same and were often impossible to tell apart). Now there are two dumpsters serving the entire complex, which makes taking trash out significantly more difficult for the elderly and differently abled. We have received multiple written "warnings" that if we don't put trash in the dumpsters we will have our rent raised. One dumpster consistently has a car parked in front of the fence door and residents can't get to all the time. Rather than deal with that problem, we get threats of rent spikes. Today I called to ask about recycling totes, which have been missing for several days. I was told that residents kept putting trash in them, so we will no longer be recycling here. The person I spoke to did not have any suggestions for how residents could recycle things instead. Furthermore, we have been notified that leases will only be renewed on a month-to-month basis, rather than year-long leases we have been accustomed to. It feels very much like the property owners are trying to push out poor and elderly tenants, maybe to capitalize on the "luxury" apartment trend taking this city by storm. I am deeply disappointed with this company."

"The short version is I was working with them over a month to secure this apartment. Lack of communication and office mismanagement caused me to lose it 3 weeks before I had to move. This is the second negative post made as they threatened to pull my application for another property they owned if it wasn't taken down. Unprofessional. Now I have to update this since the response is a lie. I make 5 times the income but the form I filled out was wrong. I explained that to someone on the phone and they were going to update that. Right there is an example of their disorganization. Not even going to get into the rest of the response."
