"Luxury rental at it’s finest. The place is architecturally gorgeous with beautiful modern interior design, high end appliances inside the apartments. Plenty of windows with natural light in the common areas and inside the apartments. It is a beautiful place to live in and to walk around or take your dog for a walk, the green areas are kept in pristine conditions. The amenities are amazing , the gym has great equipment and is kept super clean, the fire pit area has heated lamps to keep you warm in the coldest of weathers and 2 huge grills to grill any time of the year. The place has a real community feel to it , and a great mix of residents young people, couples and older retired people who downsized from houses to enjoy the perks of a rental community. It’s location is very convenient, 15 min away from Strong Memorial Hospital and a block away from a golf course. Every couple of months there are fun events like food truck or catered dinners with a great turn out . These events, are opportunity to meet people if you are new to the area. They do an excellent job of making sure everything from the amenities to any repairs inside your apartment is taken care of in the most timely manner. I moved from out of state and I cannot say enough how much Lisa ( manager of Kilbourn ) helped make my move smooth and easy. Thanks to all the team Lisa, Donna, Jim and Glenn for making Kilbourn such a wonderful place to call home."

"Kilbourn Place on East is the perfect place to live in! The reception is wonderful, the lobby is beautiful and clean with very comfortable couches and plenty of refreshments, and the area has a very nice view too! The living spaces are nice and spacious with plenty of natural light, and the sound proofing is amazing as well. 10/10, would live here as long as my situation permits."

The office staff is attentive and the maintenance staff is very helpful. And of course you can’t beat the amenities. The yoga room was certainly a plus.
