"I lived in 970 Monroe Ave, S01 for 1.5 years. 3 owners changed in this period. The heat system is old and switches off occasionally. We stayed without heat 3 days on Christmas, a week in November, and many weekends + in I was out of light for a month (!) and only constant calls to the city complaint commission could force the management to answer (!) In additional, it is too noisy from the street and you can hear every step above. They don’t have a recycling bin (!!) Often smell smoke and weeds."

"Spend less on monthly exterminator visits and more on maintenance and repairs? Months later, no efforts have been made to seal gaping holes between crawlspaces and living spaces. Washer and dryer are consistently broken, and cash unrefunded with lame excuses and blaming the victim. All utilities ought to be included in rent, as nobody has any confidence in the integrity of the house wiring."
"They don't respond to emergency line. Flooding, no heat, doesn't matter. Have broken the lease several times. Awful landlord's- ther worst experience I've ever had. Please avoid for your own good."
"I have found it to easier to locate and get to. The bus line is very important,the Landlord,business owners as well as the neighbors are self-explanatory.great neighborhood to be in."
