"Management truly does not care. I know many reviews are posted out of anger by tenants. But this is truly just a caution for people looking to rent. The prices are high and Rushmore does absolutely nothing to take care of their properties. The buidling is completely neglected, trash everywhere. Nobody has cleaned the lobby in who knows when. The laundry is over 2.00 per load. The building smells, rarely has hot water and is never cleaned. It is sad that it is this way. They couldn’t fix my running faucet so I gave up asking and just put up with it, exterior lights don’t work at night. Security cameras don’t work, prices falling off the door. It is truly a mess."

"Legitimately the worst place I've ever lived. Packages are stolen almost every night. Maintenance team is awful and unorganized. Monthly fees are ridiculous. Never find a parking spot. Security camera's don't work. Smells like weed every night. Office is closed on weekends. Takes weeks to get an email back from landlord's. Heaters don't work, no hot water. Drains get clogged way to often. Overall experience. Awful. You can find better."

"During my search for an apartment, I came across an advertisement featuring pictures that were quite misleading. However, the actual apartments I toured in two different buildings were nothing like what was advertised, and I was appalled by the exorbitant prices they were asking for each unit, given the overall quality. Let me elaborate about the studio units. They were priced at $960 or more, but they were nothing more than cramped spaces (closet-size) with no kitchen, utilities, or parking included. The studio units looked shabby and had plywood on many doors. For a relatively low price of $1,200 or more, one could rent a one-bedroom unit in another building with no curbside or lot parking or utilities included. The advertisement stated that the unit was just renovated but in reality, the only thing new was the kitchen backsplash. In my opinion, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. These guys are a waste of time and money,"

"Yesterday I called and spoke with a Gentleman named Noah. He was beyond help and patient with me and all of my questions. He held a professional manor the whole time and I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off at all! If this service I will receive when not a resident I can only imagine how well the residents are looked after! I look forward to working with him and hopefully securing a new home!"
