"I have lived here for over a year now and could not be more satisfied with my experience. The location downtown is phenomenal, with it being only a few yards away from the inner loop traveling or commuting anywhere is very convenient. Plus concerts, festivals, parades, sporting events etc are all just a block or two away. The lofts themselves are beautiful and offer a very open and spacious floor-plan coupled with a number of amenities and features. Some of which include flat rate utilities, heated garage parking, on-campus storage units, key-fob entry, weight room, lounge etc. The high ceilings and general layout of the lofts are what sold me from the get-go. For they provide plenty of general living space along with very large bedrooms that give you a nice cozy NYC loft-esque feel. As far as city living goes in Rochester, this is as good as it gets. The community is very friendly, accommodating and welcomes pets with open arms. Management is also very courteous, helpful and dependable. They strive to please and will often go above and beyond what you've requested to ensure your satisfaction. Overall I have loved living here for the past year and will be continuing to do so into the future. I highly recommend Industrie Lofts to anyone who is interested in city/urban living."

"Great place to live. Management is great and very helpful. Have always been able to count on prompt service and great results. Have lived here for almost two years now and have not had an issue. It is a convenient location in downtown. Short distance walk to the parades, fireworks, and festivals all throughout downtown. Jess the manager is always in a great mood and willing to help out whenever possible."

"Rented here for a few years now. Lived in Riverview before moving next door to Industrie. Great to have off street parking, especially covered in an urban environment. Convenient access to the highway since it is just off the inner loop, most places in the area are a 10-15 min drive or less. Free laundry is an amazing perk, and the building is dog friendly (even though you rarely hear that they are there.) When it comes to dealing with the leasing agent, she's been awesome. She is willing do anything she is capable of to work with you and present your cause to management. Usually there is a compromise. She strives to go above and beyond when you ask her of something, and tried to do so in a timely manner."
