"I went with a friend to look at an apt, this building is roach infested! Neighbors told us they don't fix and the board is tough they look for reasons to delay processing and is very picky in choosing who they want to live there. Buyers Beware!!!"
"This is a co-op building. I purchased my apartment in 2015. There were problems with the board giving the previous owner a hard time causing the closing to be delayed 4 months. Since I had already sold my home, I was homeless and staying with friends during this period. On the positive side, several members of the board were replaced last year. Also, my neighbors are wonderful! They respect your privacy, but they help, if needed. There is 24/7 security, which I like. Be careful about buying any co-op, because you are at the mercy of the board. On the other hand, co-ops tend to cost less than condos or houses, and they are good for people starting out or downsizing May 12 Since posting the above review, I have come to realize that a new board has not improved management. Contractors hired by management are not monitored or supervised. A resident may or may not receive service promised. Knowing what I know now, I would not buy into this building June 14 I have now given up hope for the BOD. I had such hope for the new members, but instead of dealing positively with residences, some members engage in denial of events, name calling, and failure to deal with problems. Do NOT buy into this building"
