"Love my Luxurious capsule. The apartments here are small. It’s the whole minimalist approach to the design of the entire building interior and exterior. Sleek and modern. I’m not sure what peoples ideal of luxury is, the toilets aren’t made of gold or platinum. Clean simple sleek lines. Stainless steel appliances full range stove and much more!! The amenities also make it worth the price. In a crowded city like this who can beat valet parking. Update 7/7/23 The building that I loved so much when I first moved in, has gone completely to hell! Can’t use all the amenities cause there’s always some type of problem. The building is nice but obviously people do not know how to take care of things or like having nice things. The floor I live on the trash room is always a mess. People are smoking in their units and it’s a non-smoking building, so I am suffering the effects of that. I don’t even have asthma, and I have to use a nebulizer. Management is so unprofessional!! I can’t wait to move out. The best thing about me still living in this building is the valet parking. The final update. I moved out in October 2023. Leaving this place was such a blessing. If anyone has the opportunity to get out of the situation like this, please do so. People should not have to live like this. Sad part is, it was such a nice building. Damn shame I was so happy in my initial review."

"Beautiful building, great staff and a lot of good neighbors. A lot of people here are wild disrespectful though. Every amenity has a problem from somebody messing with it, any shared resource is stolen from common areas, there’s roaches in our laundry machines, people just don’t know what to do with nice things I guess. We got doormen and I watched a resident cuss him out for nothing."

"I’ve been here for two years now, and they just bring anyone into the building. I’ve seen roaches, people sleeping outside apartments, amenities we can’t use, broken doors on the washing machines and no laundry carts, because no one wants to bring them back to the laundry room. They’re charging outrage rent when this building is supposed to be mixed income. They have a dog breed restriction, all I see are Pit bulls or bully breeds and Germany shepherds, which I was told I couldn’t bring my Pit bull (who months later crossed the rainbow bridge). People let their kids run up and down the halls. This is a no smoke building, I smell smoke in the halls and coming through the vents in my apartment. I’m very disappointed with the building, not what I expected."

"I want to start by saying I had the most amazing experience from my inquiry to moving into The Crossing at Jamaica Station. The leasing process was lengthy and that worked for me due to my anticipated moving date. After signing my lease, I dealt with Jason to schedule my move in and he was absolutely amazing. Jason was very professional, responsive and kept me informed on all that I needed to know before and after moving into my new home. Daniel in the leasing office was also very helpful with my lease signing and pre-leasing questions. The building itself is always clean and smells really nice. I had one minor issue since moving in, which Jason and Adonis fixed immediately (within minute’s). I am very pleased with my new apartment. I have a 1 bedroom and the sizing is suitable for me. There is stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, gorgeous bathroom and lots of natural light with an awesome view. The building is located in an area with a lot of convenience and you can walk to find anything you need in the area (grocery, target, coffee), the LIRR that allows quick access to the city is right across the street and any other public transportation you may need. I am happy to call this my new home."

"The building is decent, my apartment has a beautiful view but the area is full of crackheads, the building is full of ghetto people. This one concierge would leave u standing outside and not buzz you inside, They smoke and leave the cigarette on the floor in the outdoor lounge area, the water in the pipes smells like rust and chemicals. The laundry room is dirty and most of the machines are out of order. The kids run wild and are extremely loud in the lounge plus my cell phone does not work in the apartment because the building blocks signal from T-Mobile . I am highly disappointed because I really had high expectations and was so excited to move into the building now I regret it."
