"As many others before me have said, don’t do it. They take full advantage of you. Nothing is priced, so they just make it up and way over charge you. I bought a tablet case. It was a gift for my daughter, and I was told if she didn’t like it, I could return it. Not exchange…return. I should have known better, but I bought it anyway. We went to the mall today to return it and was only offered an exchange. My daughter didn’t love the options. They would not refund my money. Told me they “have no way of doing that.” All while talking to each other in a language I don’t speak, pointing and chuckling. Head my warning. Just don’t do it."

"DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED HERE. I replaced my iPhone screen here in March 2023. Pros: fast (about 15 mins) and 55% of Apple’s price. Cons: the screen stopped working properly after 6 days. Screen went black for a few hours and then had red streaks on it for the evening of day 6. Unfortunately, when I went back for a repair on day 7 it wasn’t doing it. The worker dismissed me saying I probably used the wrong charger…not possible. I was at home and only had suitable chargers. They looked at it for maybe 2 seconds (not exaggerating). They refused to inspect or repair. An additional con, is that they will try and trick you into buying extras that you didn’t ask for…like a case and screen protector. And, they try to overcharge for all of that stuff. Note, all prices are negotiable at this type of place. But, any price is too much if it is a garbage product that does not fix the problem. Be smarter than me, just pay Apple for the repair."

"This place is a total ripoff. Tried to charge me 399.00 to replace my screen . They wanted to keep my phone for 3 days until they finished to fix it. I went to Henrietta to a small store and they charged me 150.00 and took off the 50.00 from my payment so I only had to pay 100.00 to get my phone fixed in an hour. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN THIS PLACE. THEY WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU IF YOU LET THEM."

"Gentleman did a good job fixing my phone. He took huge advantage of me with pricing. I made a mistake of admitting a sense of urgency regarding the phone. He looked up the value of my phone and then told me that my phone was very expensive. He then charged me $400 to replace the screen. The phone works great after the repair. No pricing is posted. So beware."
