"new neighbor has been here less than 3 weeks over a dozen parties lasting until 530am when i finally either bang on their door or yell up to their window. dozen emails and phone call complaints to the office and so far nothing has been done."
"My partner lives in this complex and their apartment is always freezing. They’ve called the property manager a multitude of times with zero results. The temperature is consistently below the legal minimum, the lowest record being 61°F at midday when it was under 40° outside. Unacceptable and illegal."
"Absolute worst property manager I've dealt with. Hope you like roaches because they know their buildings have em. If you're persistent enough though, they will have an exterminator come do a half assed spray around. Also try not to have any emergencies on weekends or after 4PM. Would never hire these clowns."
