"Had the most wonderful service from Damon! Needed a replacement for a remote for a FlexSteel lift chair. He ask me questions and then suggested the model that I bought. Once it was installed unfortunately it fixed all but one are of movement. I left a voicemail and figured to hear in 24 + hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a call that evening at 8:30 from Damon. He proceded to walk me through removal of some connects and changing connectors. After many photos sent by me he walked me step by step with the process. Determined that in addition the 4 harnesses for motors was the issue was bad and I ordered a new one that should be delevered by tomorrow. Damon also told me to have a few supplies ready to help remove the old zipties and add new ones. I have dealt with many customer service people over the years at various companies and I have never had such a friendly, positive response and Patience as I took apart things with his direction. "Damain is best customer service pro EVER. My power recliner was without power. Donovan had me troubleshoot problem in less than 20 minutes. With him as my help we found a short in power feed to chair remote. Replacement 2 day FedEx. No technician needed. Thank you, thank you, Damian"

"The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I worked with Damian I am in Chicago and he was in New York, he talked me through step by step instructions to figure out the problem with my scooter. He was very patient and accommodating. I appreciate all his help"

"MMS went out the way to meet our needs! I called on a Friday evening at 5:30 pm after they had closed and the owner was on his way home. I was desperate for a new hand cradle for my father's lift chair. He can not function or move without it's support. His independence relys on the lift chair. The owner turned around went back in and rushed to UPS. It arrive 10 am the next morning! We did not have to go all weekend or into the next week to get the item. I can not say how much this personal and caring customer services means to us and I find it so rare these days. I will use MMS for any all needs possible in the future. A true gem! Thank you!!"

"I have been trying to reach this company for the past week and a half and still no reply. I need to get a remote for our Pride lift chair, but am not comfortable ordering from them online when they don’t even answer their emails. I am unsure about putting in a credit card number to order this item because if they don’t respond to numerous e-mails, I may be out a good amount of money and still have no remote. Also they will have my credit card number. This company needs to do a better job of customer service if you want to be a reputable company. Very disappointed."
