They are very accommodating and courteous (especially Sarah) from phone inquiry to front desk check in. The parts and repairs have always been reasonable on my aging vehicle - their efforts are greatly appreciated!"

"Wow. Truly pity these people. Not a single ounce of respect or any hint of being able to have a human conversation reasonably. Didn't do their job the first time, and even created their own problem that left a loud scraping noise of God knows what along the road as I drove home. They told me to take the car back in, and after going all the way back, they said they couldn't look at it today. The lady had no interest in helping and didn't show any effort to hide her blatant carelessness. She finally said to bring it back the next morning by 9am, and that she was going to leave a note for them to work on it first thing. Next day, brought it in before 9am, and the manager said no note was left, and he constantly repeated "I don't care." Nobody could work on it, so he said leave the car or schedule an appointment, "I don't care." Not a single apology or explanation or any willingness to reasonably help a customer. Again, all I can say is wow. The worst service I have ever encountered. Truly feel sorry for this business and the lousy manager whose attitude is just shocking and disturbing for someone to have to deal with before 9am on a weekend."
