"Fixed Review I wrote a review earlier about my displeasure with the service at JS. I had a Mac computer, and they were unable to fix it. In their reply to my review, they were very kind, but tried to hold me culpable for agreeing to their repair plans beforehand (mildly irritating. I have 100% no idea how to fix it, so I agreed to their opinions.) BUT, this company went above and beyond and agreed to give me a refund. I was not expecting this, I just wanted to let them about my experience. This is incredible customer service. I apologize for my original post. Just ask and I'll delete it. Thanks!"
