"Worst experiences I've ever had. I've lived in both the tall towered building, and the apartments across the parking lot. Don't let them fool you! You can hear people talking in the hallway, and the apartments all around yours. Slamming doors, the noise travels. It was like being in jail! The only upside was the sweet maintenance staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. Still, I would NOT recommend that place."
"My retired parents lived at Collegeview Tower for several years and we had a wonderful experience. The manager, Mary, was lovely and caring as were her staff. The apartments could use some updating but were spacious and clean with large, airy balconies. Great walkable location for Vassar students or for older retirees. Would definitely recommend!"
"By far the worse place, landlord has the worse attitude does nothing but stay in her office, than addressing situations. I have aggravating people upstairs I've complaint about their constant stomping noise, their dog running around from 11pm til 2am, these walls are extremely ligh, I have to constantly keep banging against the ceiling, by 8am the noise starts back again. I've spoke to the landlord all she says is shes going to send out emails, which doesn't do nothing to the situation, and argues with me about false accusations they would say about me. The rules were better when no dogs were allowed!!!!!! I CANT WAIT TO MOVE. Along with so much mices I'm over it."
