"The George the owner is obnoxious, vindictive, and unprofessional. The property is poorly managed, and maintained, and over priced. The apartment I resided in, for a short time. Had the presence of black mold. Which I constantly had to battle with a solution of bleach and water. There were signs of previous flooding. Which makes me wonder, if the black mold is also behind the Sheetrock? I would not recommend this residence."

"My family and I live here since 2017, the place is well kept and if there is any problem with your apartment, if you make the report, the landlord responds immediately unless it is an unreasonable hour in the night and I only say that because at no point if I need something they don't respond. The owner is very considerate and patient. The supervisor is professional and respectful."

"They don’t return the deposit. You can’t trust owner’s word. Owner behavior is not good. I was permanently returning back to my Home country and the Owner ensured that they send deposit Checks to International locations as well so they will send my Check too. When I followed up with them after leaving, at first they responded they have sent the deposit Check and later they said they will check what happened and finally started ignoring my follow up emails. I realized the Owner didn’t have any intent to return the deposit."

"This is the WORST place I have ever lived in my life. While the pet policy is pretty lenient in regards to how many pets and no restrictions; the management is a bunch of crooks. $1300 a month is a joke. The bathroom sink clogs constantly, the toilet has barely any suction and breaks often, there’s mold all over the bathroom windows and ceilings. Thick black mold. There’s bugs and ants everywhere; in the bathroom, under the radiators, you name it!! The walls are paper thin, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing. Management legit does not care. You might have 1 electrical outlet in your entire unit that works. And the worst part? The parking. There is literally zero parking for the tenants and even if you live here the management will have Your car towed. Each unit gets one spot regardless of how many cars/people are in your unit. And it will cost you nearly $300+++ to get your car back plus a case in court. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Ever since the old management left and these awful men took over this place has become a disaster. They watch over the tenets like hawks, everyone is suspicious to them. They even called the cops on me for checking my engine, said I looked suspicious working on MY CAR. They are very unapproachable and everyone here has a sense they don't care about us. The prices are high and the maintaince is bad. It's cool that you can have pets tho."
