"Lived here for 3 years. The management and staff were always friendly, attentive, and quick to address any concerns or requests. They made me feel valued as a resident and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Living at The Water Club was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-managed living space in Poughkeepsie. I met wonderful people there and made long term friends. Lastly, it has an awesome pool with cozy cabanas to offer; that usually feels like you reserved the whole place to yourself most of the time. I truly cherished my time there, and I'm confident others will too."

"Chris, the concierge, is great. He's gone above and beyond and helped me with maintenance issues (so I didn't need to wait for a handyman to show up) and even delivered packages from the mail room right to my door. I've been stuck working from home for almost a year now thanks to COVID, and I still enjoy waking up each morning in such a nice apartment."

"Lived here for three years moving in immediately after having our Daughter and the staff immediately made us feel at home helping with a great package concierge and often delivering heavy boxes to our door. Jeanette and her staff always made our daughter feel safe and the public areas we’re kept immaculately clean which made us comfortable letting her explore the property. The units themselves are wonderful with great river views and the indoor parking was great in the winter time. If you’re considering a move in Poughkeepsie I would definitely recommend taking a look for yourself."

"I submitted an information request through the website on Thursday of last week, and was never contacted. I decided to go ahead and call as my move is coming up quickly. The phone was answered by Christopher. I explained to him that my husband and I were moving into the area and interested in possibly renting an apartment. Dead silence. I asked if he was there, he explained he was. I repeated why I was calling. He asked if I had viewed the website. I responded that I had viewed the website and submitted an information request. He told me that everything was on the website. I told him I still had a few questions, for example the indoor parking. He then rudely tells me it is self explanatory. I sit in silence dumb founded at what he has just told me. He then explains it is $100 per spot per moth, but it's self explanatory it is parking inside. At this point I hung up shocked that he is being so condescending to someone interested in renting an apartment. Clearly I know what indoor parking is, but guess what, the $100 per month per spot, is not on the website. Even though I was told everything was on the website. I'm sure there are a lot of other things not listed on the website. It doesn't matter the price point, but even more so at these high prices, I should be treated with respect. If a potential customer calls they should be thrilled to have the opportunity to sell me on their location even more. Not annoyed that I've interrupted their day. I will happily look at renting elsewhere."

"Inquired about moving in we were offered a tour but after seeing the price point of the place I can understand why there are so many vacancies in the complex when you drive by at night the majority of the apartments are dark I don't know many people in Poughkeepsie or the surrounding areas who would even consider paying 1700 a month for a one bedroom right next to the train tracks even if it is facing the murky Hudson River and it's directly across the street from a night club the finishes are okay but "luxurious waterfront living" is a stretch Someone has to be more realistic when pricing especially since it's not the greatest location"
