"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! if you are someone looking to rent at the fox run apartments think twice. The only positive of living here are the personal bed rooms and bathrooms. Other than that this place is completely unprofessional and only available to assist residents when rent is due. For the past week, all running water has been turned off due to a leak and everyday they send misleading emails with promises that aren't met. It has now been currently 3 days since any running water has worked and really As a resident my biggest concern is just being able to flush toilets. There has been feces sitting around for multiple days in the lobby bathrooms which is a problem and if I'm not mistaken a health hazard. In addition, packages sent to the apartment complex are often times "misplaced" possibly stolen and never recovered. Also do not be fooled by the pictures on the website, the out door amenities like the grill are not available and are often times closed And the gym amenities are often times broken"

"I have filled out a notice to vacate form but they get to seem not to understand the story. I have filled out the “notice to vacate” form a few times but they will yet to receive my call about a situation that I am having trouble with."
"The only good things about this place are the personal bathrooms, bigger beds, and breakfast on Wednesdays. Other than that, there were so many issues that came up during my time that were never resolved. My cable was out for 3.5 months, there was a massive water leak on the first floor that soaked the carpets and was not fixed for weeks, hot water would shut off randomly for days, and the exhausting list goes on. Your best option is to rent a house in the area because this place is just not it."
"Never anyone overseeing property to assist residents with assistance they need. Barely any security. Managed terribly. Picture was taken at 6pm on a Sunday. Even though we were just told staff is working and can assist us, there is nobody on site as seen here. Has been an ongoing issue for the past 3 to 4 years. They say things will change but it never does. Residents are not happy."
