Initially diagnosed my laptop, was truthful from the beginning explaining that it would not be worth the cost for it's repair and offered me an immediate solution. That very same day I purchased a used laptop that he was about to put up for sale and he transferred/backed up all my data, set up systems which I was lacking and advised me to let him know if the current laptop battery was holding it's charge once I fully charged it at home. I did need to return one week later to have the battery replaced and now it holds the charge for hours as promised. In comparison to a horrible experience six months ago with another computer "specialist" in the area, Javier was very professional, upfront, honest and very knowledgeable leading to my ability to trust his work.
