"Fishkill Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing a combination major rear-end and minor front-end accident to a SUV/truck that occurred in a construction zone on the Newburgh-Beacon bridge. Pete provided exceptional customer service, and Andrew was great also. Ford was later obstinate on a gas tank level sensor "reading low" issue that could be clearly proven; but Ford used their firmware as a bodyguard, likely to mitigate their warranty expenses: But that is not at all the fault of Fishkill Auto Body. I rarely rate anyone 5 stars, but Fishkill Auto Body was close enough to have earned it in my book."

"They did an excellent job fixing up my car after a tree branch fell on it. It looks better then new. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of body work. So after a few weeks what ever cheap products they used to detail the inside of my car still make driving my car nauseating. The odder is overwhelming so as great as a job they did fixing my car what good is it if it makes my sick to my stomach to drive it. UPDATE so I went to the shop and they tried to insult my intelligence saying it could be a dead mouse in the car. Then he called his detailer over and he said it was the leather cleaner they used ,I do know of any regular or high end cleaner that makes your car smell like a gypsy cab. Then they wanted to get back on my car and try again that is not happening. So my car still smells like a cheap car wash air freshener. Hopefully when I take it to a REAL detailer they can get that odor out my car. So if you do use them for auto body work PLEASE DECLINE THE DETAILING.THEY WILL SAY"NO one else details your car like us" god I hope so. Wish I could give no stars!!!
