Briar Manor Apartments

"We lived there years ago. We were told bythe office lady that showed us the apt that we could bring our indoor cat because we would have never agreed to moving in without him. Out of nowhere the Nastiest office lady knocks on our door and goes around the apartment and opens up every closet moves the shower curtain to look behind the shower curtain with the nastiest scowl on her face and says that we need to get rid of the cat or we"ll be thrown out immediately. Mind you we have 2 young children and a cat that's another baby to us. I found someone to keep him temporarily but he was only able to stay with them for 2 weeks. Anyway the story sadly ends where I have to bring my sweet beatiful cat to lollipop Farm. A month later we were living in a house. The nasty Gustapo controlling frustrated lady couldn't wait out a few more weeks. No heart."

"We just renewed our lease after a year. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We have enjoyed living here, and management, including Joyce, has been kind to us. Someone was opening the packages in our building, and management was quick to address it. There was also someone vandalizing the basement where we do our laundry, so maybe the negative reviews are from the people who are doing those types of things or who do not pay their rent on-time. If you are not problematic, you will most likely also enjoy living here."

"The office managers are really rude. This are a lady name Joyce she is really rude to everyone and she doesn't care about their residents. One time she calls us “ghetto “ and she is really disrespectful to everyone. She is really needs to be fired and learn how to communicate with people and she has to stop giving attitude to immigrant people. When Hu you tell her about your apartment or billing payment problem she doesn't care about it but she will charge more and more and she sent pictures of everything you didn't even though. The basement is messy and your stuff gets stolen, our bike got stolen in was in the basement, it was brand new it cost 300$, the leader got stolen which cost 350$ dollars and my neighbor's bike got stolen. One time Joyce tried to look out my window to see my House inside which is crazy, who does that?"

"Applied and wanted to pay a years rent up front. Was rejected with a 735 credit score, due to 'lack of history'. The office manager was extremely rude. Also, empty liquor bottles left all around the parking lot, very classy. Would give negative stars if possible."

"Horrible office management. Office manager Joyce is the nastiest woman I've ever had to deal with and does not care about any problems let’s Just say I Wish I could have given them negative stars for the review!!!! One of the worst experiences of my life because Joyce and her staff at Briar Manor are very racist and judge mental towards black people It will baffle you at how unprofessional and rude she is. If your gonna live here, be prepared to walk on eggshells for your entire lease because Joyce is watching your every move. I’m sure if I was a white person or any person other than African decent, I wouldn’t have been treated in such a way. She was absolutely disgusting and rude. Please share this #CancelJoyce"
