Riverview Lofts

"Was a nice place to live at first. Management never took care of problems when needed. Had NO HOT WATER for about 4 months which was awful since I was pregnant. Toilet never wanted to flush which also NEVER got fixed. Manager was never in office especially when needed. You pay for wifi for NO REASON since it only works for the last week and a half of every month. Moved out June and still waiting for security deposit which is suppose to be mailed out no later then 30 days after leaving. Couldn't Wait to move out of here! Hopefully now that the property is under "new management" things will change for new residents."

"Nice place at first... Overpriced... cold in the winter. They also have RATS yes RATS. They came and "fixed" the problem and asked if I take my trash out when obviously my apt is clean. Rat pellets Found in my white fur carpet prior to moving out... disgusting. I moved in November and didn't receive my security deposit almost 4 months later. Security deposit was chopped in half when returned over some excuses... a lot of funny business around here lol keep looking"

"DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE! I should've listened to the one bad review that I saw online. The heaters are loud (and never gets hot) and the super intendant pretends that he's going to fix it but NEVER does. They say the heat goes up to 80 on the site but it only goes up to 72. I currently have water leaking from my DAMN ceiling and they refuse to pay for the damages. AND I had to wait 2 hours for a plumber to show! I don't have window screens and the manager of the apartment promised that she ordered them but I STILL have not received it. I pay over $1000 a month for nothing. I truly regret moving in here. It's a really scummy place. So I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE OR THE INDUSTRY LOFTS!"

"I had such a great experience here!!! I came in for a tour with Jessica and she was nothing short of amazing. She took so much time helping me find the perfect loft. I had been on a couple tours to find the right one and she helped me though the entire way and never pressured me or rushed me (which is a big problem with most consultants I have encountered). I had been on multiple tours with other places and I did not get the same experience as I did here. I am pretty picky when it comes to my home and she was very patient with me and and made it her personal mission to find me the perfect one. I am happy to say I will be a tenant for life thanks to Jessica."

"The office staff is so professional! The property manager was incredibly nice, very professional and just an awesome person to be around. She was very friendly when showing me the available apartments. She was very personable and caring and made sure I felt as though I was welcomed to her property the moment I set foot in the door. Once I moved in, I noticed a few things I wanted taken care of, I notified Jessica the office manager and she addresses these issues without a question! Without a doubt I will be staying with this property for life thanks to Jessica!!"
