"I love it here ! Management listen to your concerns. Maintenance is very prompt and thorough when it came to things in my apartment."

"Absolutely horrible apartment building and staff. Issues such as stinking water, mice infestation, silverfish infestation and very poorly working toilets are just a few things to mention. Elevators are constantly in and out of service and management does very little to address any issue whatsoever. Was told to "use a bucket" or "just don't flush" when plumbing system was backed up. Don't live here, it's a rip off and overall a disgusting building and company (Morgan Properties)."

"I’m currently a tenant at 111 on East and am really happy to be. This building really does deserve 5 stars in all categories, management, maintenance, cleanliness, and my apartment. This area is really great too with cafes, restaurants, a book store, art gallery, and even a cat cafe right across the street. It’s awesome to have the restaurant, bar and Dunkin right in the building bc they’re all great. The lobby is great, it’s always clean, smells great, and is secure. The new elevators are beautiful and it’s great having so many washing machines because I can do all my loads at once. This building is so beautiful and historic and you can tell the owners really take pride in that. This building is an opportunity to live a well rounded and fulfilling lifestyle in Rochester."

"I just recently moved here. Management really takes care of you and maintenance is very quick to respond. The building is always clean and orderly. I have really enjoyed my time here and can recommend this building to anyone looking to move into the most lively part of Downtown."

"Moved in March last year, I can truly say that my experience here are very good. I find that management a very courteous to any problems that I had. We had problems in the laundry room but now we have new washers and dryers on all those floors. Yes one elevator that was out since I've moved in and now we have a new elevator, and I'm sure they will work on the other elevator, we even had issues with the floors the carpet was pretty old and used to get my allergies up but now we have new floor the carpets are gone. If I had an issues in my apartment, management was good in making sure that maintenance came in a timely manner to take care of whatever situation that I had. Everyone is friendly and is very mindful of keeping things clean. I am very pleased to be a tented here at 111 East Ave. I want to tell those in management and you know who you are, Thank you."
