"I was looking for an apt in the area, couldn't find something suitable for me. A friend suggested I should check out Rochester commons. I did and the rest is history. Rochester Commons is the best place to rent an apt in the entire area. Great manager and tech guy, great units and good and quality tenant base. I love living here!"
"I dont know how they did it but they got my review taken down about how i was stalked and watched through my window and they did nothing about it. they need better security systems in place since its in such a terrible area of rochester. this place is absolutely disgusting dont let the updated pictures fool you they still have roaches and terrible neighbors. laundry never works either. their maintenance for updating this place is a joke its all quick cheap fixes for an overpriced apartment. hallways smell terrible too. if you are a women thinking about moving here this is not a safe place for you. horrible horrible place. all the top new reviews are fakes do not move here or give them business, unless your desperate"
"Benn living here for almost a year. Really nice place to live. Holly the manager is very nice. The maintenance people are good and fix everything. New people have moved in and are very nice. The new units are beautiful. I am proud of my apartment."
