"I don't know why they would not renew your lease Susan Selegin. I know someone personally that have had several eviction notices over the years and still remain there. As a matter of fact the person rent was late by $3000. Guess what...Chrissy allowed him to remain there and worked with him. Hmmmmm...sounds fishy to me. I couldn't even be 3 days late and I received an eviction letter once. Everything is true about this place from the mold to the cold water to the heat."
"Dont waste your time I am moving soon !! they would not renew my lease I paid my rent two weeks early . I was quiet and respectful . If something is broken , you can wait a life time to get it fixed . When I first moved in we had a guy manager , He was great . things got fixed ! Now krissy is the manager . She trys to strong arm people . When I asked about why they would not renew my lease , I was told this is not your home , I lived here for 4 years . and corporate would not listen to me . Drug dealings in the parking lot . twice I had to call because i could not get out of the building !! dont waste your time . and when its a blizzard good luck with that !! in the lease read clearly if you have mold , you cant break your lease .. I had mold in my bathtub , I was told use bleach .. a year back we had a flood in the basement all my boots covered with mold .. the general manager Is Joel Chiarenza i spoke with him about my lease he didnt even talk to me . he said the decision has been made . but we will give you a good reference . Its the law .. I was never late with my rent !!"
"Place is a dump and absolutely not worth more then $350/ month tops. Horribly loud next to expressway. And they half way fix everything in apartment. If it snows you better have your own shovel. And if you call office they don't care about you or your needs."
