"Moved in June 3 and so far couldn't ask for a nicer place. Remodeled new kitchen and bath.I have met nice people so far. Also they have opted to place solar on the 2 buildings that have flat roofs. I like that."
"Description says lodging but it's not a hotel. 55+ community, my uncle lives here. Great old architectural elements, a pond and on the edge of the river. Also on bus line. It can be seen on the right while going from downtown up to Charlotte beach via lake Ave."
"Amazing! The staff is always on top of their game, the residents are understanding and helpful, the place as a beautiful exterior with a modern inside with splashes of the old building. It is currently getting renovated to become more homey. I looked into one of the new Ampt today and oh my goodness it is so cozy!"
